BoxUnboxed — Purchase Options & Deposit Cancellation Policy

All reservations and made-to-order purchases on BoxUnboxed require a 50% production deposit at the time of order. Once your deposit is received, raw material procurement and custom factory production begin immediately.

Production deposits are strictly non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment and will be collected automatically or invoiced separately depending on your selected payment method.
